Theme/Invited Lectures and Oral presentations are organized in sessions scheduled in specific streams indicated in the programme.
Speakers/presenters are requested to ensure to upload their presentation timely, the day before their session take place.
Please be in the conference hall at least 5 minutes prior to your session.
Time allotted for each presentation is:
Keynotes Lectures – total time allotted 45 minutes
Theme/Invited Lectures – total time allotted 30 minutes (25 minutes presentation and 5 minutes dedicated for questions and discussion)
Oral Presentations: total time allotted 15 minutes (12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes dedicated for questions and discussion)
At the end of each day there will be 90 minutes Poster Sessions, giving the opportunity for poster presenters to interact with delegates.
Presenters are expected to print and post their own posters.
There is no official poster template for 3ECEES Conference. Each author should create his poster according to the following guidelines:
A display board measuring approximately 95 cm x 240 cm as well as mounting devices (fixing pins or tape) will be provided. The contribution number will be assigned to each board, which will also be written in the programme, so that presenters know where to mount their posters.
All poster presenters are to post their presentations on their assigned boards at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the presentation (the day of their poster presentation). At the end of their poster session, posters must be removed from boards.
Chairpersons and conveners will open and introduce the session mentioning the title of the session, the name and affiliation of the presenters and as well as the title of presentations to follow.
They are also to explain to the attendees that a Live Q&A will take place at the end of each oral presentation, and they will lead, coordinate and facilitate the discussion during the Live Q&A after each presentation.
As time allocated to each session is not flexible, chairpersons/conveners are kindly requested to conclude the session on time.
